a) Structured Training
This is training using an already developed curriculum but still using the transformational methodology approach. One of the key features in our training is use of videos that not only inspire but also help our clients have a paradigm shift from the traditional informational approach in teaching. We have found videos and practical exercises to be very powerful teaching aids. Our exercises are usually simple but profound leaving the participants/clients a lasting effect.
b) Customized Training
This kind of training is geared towards providing specific/unique needs of the client. They are usually conducted in-house i.e. at the client's premises. They focus on improving specific areas of challenges the client may be facing e.g. productivity, efficiency, profitability etc.
Teambuilding training is designed for clients who have a group/team that are seeking to establish cohesion and bonding in an aim to improve the general productivity of the group/team. We employ specific targeted exercises that generate a lasting effect for the participants and the group/team as whole. The exercises are usually fun but also educationally effective.
